About Common Ground
Split into small groups. Each card gives a topic, like food, music or your hometown, and 90 seconds to find three things everyone in your group has in common. Simple, fast and surprisingly good at bringing new teams together.
How to play Common Ground
- Split into groups of three to five.
- Draw a topic and start the timer.
- Find three things you all share.
- Report back to the room. Most unusual answer wins.
Tips and strategy
- Obvious answers ('we all eat') don't count.
- Mix up groups between rounds.
