About Battleship
Classic naval battle for two players. Place five ships on your 10×10 grid, then take turns firing at your opponent's waters. Hits and misses are marked, and you're told when a ship goes down. Sink the whole fleet first to win.
How to play Battleship
- Place your five ships, or press Random for a quick layout.
- Take turns choosing a square on the enemy grid to fire at.
- A hit lets you hunt along that line. A ship sinks when every square is hit.
- Sink all five enemy ships to win.
Tips and strategy
- Fire in a checkerboard pattern: every ship is at least two squares long.
- After a hit, test the four neighbours.
- Don't cluster your own ships together.
