About Idle Dungeon

A clicker RPG where your heroes do the dungeon-crawling. Attack monsters yourself, then recruit squires, knights, archers, wizards and clerics, tame dragons and build a guild hall. Retire your heroes for Legend points that make every new party stronger.

How to play Idle Dungeon

  1. Tap the big button to earn your first gold.
  2. Spend gold on producers, from squires up to an ancient titan. They earn for you every second.
  3. Buy upgrades to double each producer, and tap upgrades to make every tap count.
  4. Catch the bonus when it floats past for a lucky windfall or a 30-second frenzy.
  5. When you've earned enough, retire your heroes to start again with a permanent bonus.

Tips and strategy

  • Early on, buy the producer with the best rate for its price, not just the cheapest.
  • Upgrades are usually better value than another producer once they unlock.
  • Your empire keeps earning at half speed for up to eight hours while you're away.

Yes, automatically in your browser every few seconds. Clearing your browser data resets it.

Do I earn while I'm away?

Yes. When you come back you collect half of what you'd have made, for up to eight hours.
