About Gem Match 3
A free match-3 puzzle with sparkling gems. Swap two neighbouring gems to line up three or more of a kind and clear them. Match four for a striped piece that clears a whole row or column, five for a rainbow that wipes out a colour, and an L or T shape for a bomb. Chain cascades for big combos, hit each level's points goal before you run out of moves, and see how far you can climb.
How to play Gem Match 3
- Swipe a gem toward a neighbour, or tap two neighbours, to swap them.
- A swap must make a line of three or more of the same kind, or it slides back.
- Match four for a striped piece, five in a row for a rainbow, an L or T for a bomb.
- Reach the level's points goal before your 20 moves run out to move up a level.
Tips and strategy
- Work near the bottom: new pieces fall in from the top and can set off free cascades.
- Swap two special pieces into each other for a huge combo.
- A rainbow swapped with a striped piece turns every piece of that colour striped.
- Leftover moves become bonus points when you clear a level early.

No. Each level gives you 20 moves to reach the points goal, so you can take as long as you like over each swap.
What happens when there are no moves left on the board?
The board reshuffles itself automatically, and you don't lose a move.
