About Cricket Batting

A free cricket batting game built on timing. The bowler runs in and delivers yorkers, full balls, good-length balls and bouncers on and around the stumps. Tap or swipe as the ball arrives: perfect timing finds the boundary, and a swipe upward lofts it for six (and risks a catch). Chase the target in two overs with three wickets, then take on a bigger target against quicker bowling. Your total runs across the innings go on the leaderboard.

How to play Cricket Batting

  1. Watch the bowler run in and release the ball.
  2. Tap or swipe as the ball reaches you. Timing decides the shot: perfect, good, an edge or a miss.
  3. Tap on the left or right, or swipe that way, to pick your side. Swipe up to loft the ball.
  4. Miss a straight ball and you're bowled. Edges and mistimed lofts can be caught.
  5. Reach the target in 12 balls to win and move on to a bigger chase.

Tips and strategy

  • Yorkers have the smallest timing window, so a calm block beats a wild swing.
  • Loft only when you're sure of the timing; a mistimed loft is often caught.
  • Short balls sit up: they're the best ones to pull for six.

Cricket Batting FAQ

How do I hit a six?

Swipe upward with perfect timing. A well-timed lofted shot clears the rope; a slightly mistimed one may be caught in the deep.
