About Daily Cipher
A daily cryptogram puzzle: everyone gets the same encrypted quote each day. Each letter has been swapped for another, and you crack the code by guessing letters until the quote appears. Your progress is saved if you leave and come back, and when you finish you can share your time and hint count without spoiling the answer. A new cipher arrives at midnight.
How to play Daily Cipher
- Tap a letter in the puzzle and type your guess. Every copy of that cipher letter fills in.
- Keep going until the whole quote reads correctly.
- Use hints if you need them; they're counted in your result.
- Share your time, then come back tomorrow for a new one.
Tips and strategy
- Start with the most common cipher letters: they're probably E, T, A or O.
- Short words crack long ones.
